With our Polyester black material you can use any of our SUN-SCRIM or SUN-BOUNCE frames and create gobos and flags to eliminate unwanted light or flare. This is also known as subtractive lighting.

For Art Brewer the SUN-BOUNCE is subtractive as well as reflective. A perfect example is the use of the black side of a black/soft white screen as a gobo to flag the strobe light on the right hand side, and then through the use of a SUN-SWATTER, MINI SUN-BOUNCE and strobe he was able to create the lighting he wanted.

Here in an indoor location the PRO SUN-BOUNCE is used with the black/ soft white screen in place of black foamcore to flag Art from any flare from his strobes as well as add a little fill to the shot.
